Early access for Georgia firms · built for attorneys only

Every caller hears back while you’re still in court.

When a call goes unanswered, the caller gets a text from your firm’s own number within seconds. You get a short intake summary on your phone, with urgent matters flagged. It only replies to people who called you first, and it never gives legal advice.

  • Replies only to people who called first
  • No legal advice, ever
  • STOP honored instantly

How it works

From missed call to a clean summary in your pocket

The same four steps you just watched. Every name, number and case shown on this site is made up.

1

A call goes unanswered

You’re in a hearing. Your carrier forwards unanswered calls so we can see the missed call and the caller’s number.

2

The caller gets a text from your number

It says it is an automated assistant, gives no legal advice, and asks 3 to 5 short questions. Reply STOP ends it at once.

3

Urgent matters are flagged

Hearing Thursday? Served papers? You and an optional backup attorney are alerted immediately.

4

You get a summary and call back

Name, matter, court, deadline, best time to call, and a tap-to-call button.

Your number, your phone

Texts come from your firm’s own number. You reply from your own phone.

Clients should see the number on your website and business cards, not a stranger’s. How we do that depends on the kind of line you have, so here is the honest version.

Landline or VoIP office line

We text-enable your existing number

Your phone carrier keeps handling voice. You sign a Letter of Authorization, and texting for that number runs through us. Your carrier forwards unanswered and busy calls to a tracking number so we can detect misses.

  • Callers see your usual number
  • Desk-phone texting on that line moves into our inbox once enabled
  • Some carriers charge for call forwarding, and forwarded caller ID is checked with each carrier
Cell phone only

You get a dedicated firm texting line

A personal cell number generally can’t be text-enabled this way. We set up a new local number in your firm’s name for texting, and you forward missed cell calls to us. Replies come back to that new number, so it should go on your website and cards.

  • Not your cell number, and we say so up front
  • Cell voicemail is replaced by call forwarding, and carriers differ

How you reply from your own phone

Inbox app with alerts

Open the inbox from your phone’s home screen, read the thread, tap a quick reply or type one. It goes out from the firm number. Details stay behind your login.

Reply-by-text

Alerts show only a name, matter type and urgency. Text your answer back to our relay number from your own cell and we forward it to the caller from the firm number.

One-tap call

Every alert has a button to call the person back. Texting is the first response, not the whole relationship.

What to expect: carrier registration for business texting takes about 1 to 3 weeks from signed paperwork, and we handle it in your firm’s own name as part of setup. Callers on landlines or calling from a jail can’t receive texts, so a voicemail fallback covers them. A text can’t replace answering a true emergency.

FAQ

Questions attorneys ask

Is it AI? Will it say something it shouldn’t?

The first reply and the intake questions are fixed, scripted wording, not AI-written text. Free-text legal questions get a fixed reply that an attorney will call.

Does it give legal advice or create an attorney-client relationship?

No. Every first text says it is an automated assistant, can’t give legal advice, and that texting doesn’t create an attorney-client relationship. Intake asks only for what you need to check conflicts and decide whether to call back.

Will it text people who never called us?

Never. It replies only to people who called your firm first. There are no outbound campaigns or drip messages.

I only have a cell phone. Can I use it?

Yes, with a dedicated firm texting line. A personal cell number generally can’t be text-enabled the way an office landline or VoIP line can, so we set up a new local number in your firm’s name and you forward missed cell calls to it.

How long until we’re live?

About 1 to 3 weeks from signed paperwork, mostly carrier registration for business texting. We register in your firm’s own name as part of setup.

What about callers from jail, or on landlines?

They can’t receive texts. They hear a greeting and can leave a voicemail, and you still get an alert.

How is caller information handled?

It is designed to stay behind your login, with alerts showing only a name, matter type and urgency. See our Privacy Policy. We never sell caller information or share mobile opt-in data for marketing.

Is there a contract?

No. Plans are month-to-month. There is a one-time $199 setup fee.

Is this an answering service?

No. It doesn’t pick up the phone or talk to callers by voice. It sends a first text so nobody is left hanging, and puts the facts in front of you for the real call back.

Does it work with Clio or my calendar?

Not at launch. Integrations and booking are planned and are not available yet.
